私は日本語が話せません。すみません。So my blog will be in English. My name is Luciana Ducceschi (ルチャナ ドゥセッシ). However, I go by ルーシー or チャナ. I’m an American ISEP student at TUFS. I’ve been here for one semester and am leaving in July. In America I’m a second year student at George Mason University (GMU) in Fairfax, Virginia and live near Washington D.C. GMU is very big compared to TUFS as there are about 24,000 students in the undergraduate program with almost 100 different fields of study. Opposed to this is Washington D.C., which is a very small city when compared to Tokyo. I’d say that it’s most similar to Asakusa or Ueno with lots of stuff for tourists to do and parks.
I have two majors at GMU which are “Film and Video Studies” (Movie Production) and “Criminology”. I’m primarily focusing on the film major as I want to become a director. Here‘s an example of a short film I made for one of my classes: https://youtu.be/tUztjIkaroE
I’m not a sociable person even in America and usually I just read and draw in my free time, so I joined Fencing to convince myself to do more things and to get exercise.
